I can honestly say that I have never experienced a relationship with any one in the medical profession that has given the kind of time and care that Kelvin Nguyen provides. I love Dr. Le. She's great! I've never had a doctor spend the time and energy to explain things to me. I will now NEVER sleep in my contacts. She's an amazing example of the new style of physician.

I really have no suggestions for improvement; in several of the ratings I'd really liked to have rated "Superlative" but your ratings don't go that high. I do like that Dr. Le is moving patient records from paper to soft copies and hope that goes through quickly.

I really appreciated all the time the doctor spent with me. He was very thorough and professional as well as being friendly and personable.

Dr. Nguyen spent a lot of time with me so I could see that he does not rush his patients. I liked not being rushed so he could stay on time. He was especially helpful with my new contacts. I appreciated the personal assistance.

I thought everything was great. I felt that Dr. Le really took the time and answered all of my questions and explained them very thoroughly. Since I don't have insurance, I appreciated that she gave me the option to have my eyes dialated (sp?) instead of the Optomap. I always feel awkward adding on services without discussing it with my parents. But I did feel that Dr. Le explained the reason why she felt that it was necessary and I was able to understand the importance as well.

I have never had an eye exam since I could remember. I never thought I needed to or that I needed glasses. But after seeing Dr. Nguyen I now realize that its very important to get your eyes examined every year. I learn several things that I never knew before. Before this I never knew you get glaucoma at such a young age especially if you appear to be healthy. Dr. Nguyen was very thorough with my exam. I would reccomend him to all family and friends.
